What does Vibrant Aging look like? It’s going to be different for everyone. We’ve all known people who stay active, who contribute and participate with family, friends and community until the day they die, and others who become increasingly frail, isolated and homebound. Which version do you choose?
We can choose to be vibrantly alive and present until the day we transition. Vibrant Aging is more than just the absence of illness. Aging is inevitable; decline is not.
In this class, we are going to clear programming around aging, give you some tools and techniques for healing the body and build a better relationship with our body going forward.
This is a graduate level class. We will clear programming, beings, and machinery as well as energy from past lives.
Prerequisites: Clairvoyant and Peeling the Onion
