Join us for this in-person workshop in Lafayette, Colorado. Trish Laham and Alex Ferm will lead a beautiful exploration of healing that combines meditation, yoga, energy work and fun! The workshop will open with a grounding meditation, then Alex will lead students through some gentle restorative yoga and Trish will offer healing energy work. Refresh your body and mind and take home your own uplifting, inspiring word to focus on for the coming week. All levels welcome!
