Awakened Woman, In Lafayette
Use your energy to care for yourself first! Do you feel drained, or is your to-do list so long you don’t even know where to start? Release guilt & responsibility patterns that can keep you from living with grace and effortlessness. Come to class with some of your own goals and we’ll help to release blocks and create movement. This fun class will be personally tailored for participants to gain awarenesses into how to care for & honor themselves; helping to bring alignment and ease with the shifts on the planet and the emerging feminine paradigm.
