We currently find ourselves in immense changes that can feel overwhelming. The spirit part of us has more awareness about how to orchestrate the next steps of learning, while the body part of us is cranky, scared or fearful and just wants it all to end. The body can hit resistance to change and put on the brakes and dig in its heels.
When this happens, sit down and meditate. Bring your spiritual wisdom to the body to help the body relax into a new level of normal — releasing everyone else’s energy until only your truth remains.
New shifts and information each day challenge us to let go of what life has been as we open into what life is now. Comforting the body and helping it feel safe allows your spirit information to ground and anchor into your truth. As the body relaxes it can start to imagine a different way of working and of being; not in a frantic pace, but having more time and balance. As people stay home more, they start to appreciate time; time with their mates, their children, their neighbors and with nature. Pollution vastly improves with humans off of the roads. The whole world is resetting itself.
Change is inevitable. Even though the pandemic is horrific, there is much good coming out of it. Teachers, nurses, doctors and of all of the dedicated service men and women are finally getting the recognition they deserve.
Stop the mental chatter that fears the worst and instead allow life to unfold as it may. If you get sick, you will deal with it. Talk your body through any rough spots and let it know you hear its concerns. Give yourself room to live your life. Take the precautions that you need but still enjoy being alive.
Give yourself more quiet time to listen to your inner guidance and bring grounding into your everyday life. Dream of the new possibilities about how we can all live in harmony once we come back together, in a new way. Namaste.
