While Hope was on sabbatical, I got to teach the weekly clairvoyant class for her for several months. I had so much fun working with the students and helping them release different sets of concepts. What amazed me even more was the same tools I learned 34 years ago still work today. Times have changed, people have come and gone, but those same tools are even more appropriate today!
Grounding was the first tool I learned and it literally saved my life. I can remember once, not long after I learned to ground, driving on the freeway behind a pick-up truck carrying sheets of plywood. One of the sheets flew out and I automatically grounded it, and seconds later drove over it. Wow. That could have gone right into my windshield! I could have been decapitated. Yuck! When it happened I felt myself not in agreement to an accident. It just was a split-second thought, followed by the action of grounding. Needless to say, my head still resides on my shoulders.
Grounding helps to stabilize things around you as well as in you. It helps slow time so you have seconds to make decisions instead of being overwhelmed with life around you. In this case, it made a huge difference. I got to choose the reality I wanted to happen.
It seems too easy! But when you anchor an energy connection from the base of your spine to the center of the earth, you take charge of your life. The spirit part of you makes the calls instead of the body. You bring the wisdom you have learned from all your lifetimes to each situation. We all know the feeling of driving somewhere and not remembering taking the exit, but that ends when you ground. You are present to all aspects of life. Yes, you feel the pain but you also feel the joys and the feeling of being alive, right in each moment as it unfolds.
If you are looking for simple energy tools that will bring your life together, take the 6-week How to Heal Yourself class. The tools will last you an entire lifetime and into the next. Give yourself a gift that allows you to really live and create your life, not just be an observer. Let me know what you think after you take it; I will be happy to share some of the miracles you created. Namaste. ❦
