If you follow astrologers and energy channels, you might notice they’ve been saying the same
thing for years: that the most important things we can do are create and have faith!
When we participate in acts of creation, we are strengthening our intuition, our direct line to
Spirit. If we are more connected to Spirit, it will be easier to navigate all the change that keeps
coming at us. Faith becomes key because increasingly, things are happening that we’ve
never experienced in our lifetimes and often, we have no idea how it will turn out!
At first I thought that “create” meant to draw, paint, write a book or throw a pot. Be an artist!
But I slowly realized it’s really about co-creation, the act of working in partnership with Spirit to
manifest matter and experiences that support us, instead of just taking what comes and then
figuring out how to respond.
In our beginners class, How To Heal Yourself, we teach something called mock-ups. In a
mock-up you create a vision of what you’d like to have, do or be, filling it in with lots of details:
size, color, shape, location, timing—all the way down to how do I want to feel when I receive
the thing? Mock-ups are fun to do and the process helps us learn, is this really what I want?
Or would it be even better if I went in another direction?
When students complete their mock-ups, they ground them and release what might prevent
them from manifesting into form. Then they send them up to Spirit to be fulfilled. They don’t
have to know how, they learn to trust and get back to their lives. It’s easy!
Many of you have taken our classes. So this is your reminder to play with mock-ups! Do you
feel uncertain, resistant or sad about all the change that’s happening on the planet? Would
you prefer to be in the flow and supported, with your material and emotional needs met,
looking into the future with optimism? You can be. Just put the good stuff in a bubble along
with “this or something better”, drain out whatever doesn’t support your vision, fill in with a
huge and supportive gold sun of permission and send it off to be fulfilled!
We’re being called to remember that we were born unlimited beings. When we were sleepy,
lonely, hungry or bored, we could let out a squawk and someone would show up and tend to
our needs. Each one of us is the result of a beautiful blueprint for humanity and our bodies
have carried us faithfully throughout our lives. Now, it seems it’s time to remember how to co-
create our world with both Body and Spirit, just like we did when we were babies.
Have fun! It’s a very exciting time. Trish and I are on the edge of our seats and thrilled to be
on this ride with you all.
