Here comes fall, and with it change, as we reap the last vegetables and allow the old growth to die away. Is the same thing happening in your life? What is dying away and changing in you? It could be physical parts of you— joints or hair, or just changes in what kind of food your body wants or your choices in movement and exercise.
Perhaps you are experiencing emotional changes—expressing how you feel, or releasing old pain from years ago. Are world changes challenging you to change how you experience things around you? In ten years we won’t believe gay marriage or legalizing marijuana were ever issues. Times are changing and preparing us for a different way of living.
Spiritually we are changing as well. More people are aware of the web of life, where all things are connected. We are feeling and seeing the spiritual energy in the water, land, animal, human and spirit kingdoms, and how they interface with each other. Animals are communicating and owners are listening. A neighbor said he grieved more when his dog died, than when his dad died. It amazed him but he felt so connected to his dog and sadly not with his dad. Many times people don’t realize how big the spirit energy of their pet is until it is gone and the house feels so empty.
Earth is becoming a spiritual planet and many of us are helping daily to add its growth. Notice if it easier for you to forgive and let go than it was 5 years ago. Do you listen and trust your intuition more? Are you less judgmental and more curious about people or situations that are different from you?
Never before has life changed so rapidly. It can be overwhelming to keep up with all the shifts, just with cell phones alone!
Take some deep breaths and create a little space between you and the world. I use the symbol of a rose. It lets me watch all the lightening-fast changes without feeling overwhelmed. Each day I recalibrate to the vibration of the web-of-life and move in harmony with it. The moment that I feel frantic, I know I am disconnected from the Oneness. Breathe and just take a moment, it takes no effort to reconnect to the warmth and love from all the Kingdoms. It is the greatest feeling in the world. We are slowiy creating Eden again, making a Heaven of our Earth. Namaste.
