place within, and have space for a healing during today’s message!
Jesus did a lot in his short time on Earth as the Christ in a
physical body. The Book of John follows him around Israel as he
teaches and heals, creates wine from water, and runs greedy people
out of the temple. He councils people to be kind, and illustrates
through his actions how to be a good samaritan. He raises some folks
from the dead, walks on water, and manifests abundance out of no
where. He is friend to all, offering forgiveness and a vision of the
world free of punishment and inequity. He spoke to the heart. At the
end of his gospel, John says, “There were many other things that Jesus
did; if it were written down, the world itself, I suppose, would not
hold all the books that would have to be written.”
He came to Earth during a time when humanity was experiencing
unbearable pain and suffering—the result of the misuse of our free
will. When people believe they are sinners, separate from one another,
the world they create reflects that. Jesus came to anchor love into
the Earthly vibration so we could return to love as the pathway into
your true divine nature. Jesus volunteered for this mission, knowing
that his teachings would affect mankind in many ways, including being
interpreted as dogma and used to justify war and victimization of
many. He came to remind us of the divinity within each of us. He
taught, “These things I do you shall do, and even greater things than
these shall you do.
After all that he did, Jesus was crucified because people feared his
light. It lit up the fearful darkness in them that wouldn’t allow
them to see the world’s beauty and harmlessness. People all over the
planet are still killing each other because of this fear. People fear
differences. Religions were created to help people feel safe. In some
instances they provided physical protection from enemies. On another
level, they created safety from the unknown by offering people rules
to follow to help them manage fear of dying. There is heaven, there
is hell, now choose! Follow the rules, and you will be saved!
What I love about being consciously psychic is that I know I am a
spirit in a body, and that we are creating our own picture of heaven
right now, here on earth. Safety, therefore, comes from within, and
has to do with managing our perceptions, because what we believe and
put value upon is what we are creating.
When safety rests in spirit based on love, a mysterious strength is
created that allows a peacefulness that passeth all understanding.
There is faith in the mystery, because a spirit in a body with some
life experience begins to figure out that there is so much more than
meets the eye. Right up to his death, his pursuit of the embodiment of
this mystery kept Jesus actively forgiving his enemies. He entreated
people to allow the love of God into their hearts so that they may
see with a single eye—that we are all one and all of divinity.
He demonstrated a way of being that embraces mystery and the unseen,
through action. You will know my followers, he said, by their
actions. People taking action fueled by the heart and making loving
decisions for the benefit of all.
In the book the Way of Mastery, Jesus explains his crucifixion as a
metaphor for how we enslave ourselves with our thoughts and get drawn
away from our inner truth and into the drama of a fear-based 3D
world. We get pulled away from the memory of oneness, and feel
separated, alone. The result is we get seduced into looking outward
for an answer, something to help us feel safe, or distract us from the
only place left to heal and bring to wholeness. The answers lie within.
Luckily Jesus taught us not only how to be a beacon of love on the
planet, but he how to un-crucify ourselves. Despite all he went
through, he looked within himself to find God. He forgave all, saw
all with innocence and he ascended.
His words on the cross were “I and the Father are one.” As he embodied
that truth, he released the last bit of separation that stood in the
way of knowing he is God. That is the pain that we are all healing,
bit by bit. We are of Divine Oneness, yet seemingly separate.
Through forgiveness and love we heal that separation and know Oneness
again.
We hear much about Christ’s life on earth, and the details of his
crucifixion, and the astonishment people expressed when he arose from
the dead. But before he arose from the dead, he spent three days
buried in a tomb. What in the world was happening in there? I once
heard a reference to Jesus’ tomb as a metaphor for the tombs we place
ourselves into when we forget who we are and all is dark. That
metaphor could work…but to me crucifying ourselves is our trap and
the tomb sounds like a fabulous space. In fact, now that Jesus is done
with it, I wonder if he would mind if I used it? Spending three
restful days in a dark, still space, without interruption, and
surrendering to mystical transformation sounds really wonderful to me!
We don’t hear much about that three days in the tomb because it can’t
be described by physical eyes in a logical, 3 dimensional way. The
tomb is where the alchemy happens, and I fell in love with it in a new
way while writing this part of the message. As clairvoyant healers, we
assist in this transmutation process for others over and over. We hold
a sacred space for the meeting of heaven and earth to happen within a
person so they can increase their vibration and hold the frequency of
love while in this world. It is the transmutation of our life
awareness into wisdom. It is the building of our light body!
We can’t always crawl into a tomb for three days whenever we want to,
so fortunately the alchemy can happen in quiet stillness for us in
many instances. It happens right now as you are in the tomb of your
inner awareness. What needs to happen for the alchemy to be successful
is that after some honest soul-searching and learning, there is total
surrender and turning yourself over to the mystery. In a yoga
practice, the teachers remind us that the benefits of yoga aren’t
experienced in the body while doing the poses, but rather in savasana,
or corpse pose, lying on your back, every muscle relaxed, in total
surrender. Let everything go. Just be.
You can’t make alchemy happen, it just happens. I guess sort of like
“shit happens.”
While Jesus was in the tomb his physical body was anointed with sacred
oils and held in a holy space through prayer by some Essenes. In that
deep trance, his spirit brought his cells to a higher frequency and
transmuted them into light. I and my Father are one. I am that I am.
Jesus did it to show us it can be done! Many others have done it as
well! And so are we. We receive assistance from the masters and light
beings when we are transmuting, we are not alone! Breathe and feel
the truth of that in this moment. Feel the presence of a host of
loving guides, near you right now.
We can’t think our way through alchemy. We learn and practice being
our truth in life. We see the wisdom, and then we have to be willing
to surrender. When we are ready to embody a truth and transmute into
light and raise our vibration, we visit the tomb in our own way,
depending on what we are learning. It can be a conscious retreat, or
some other downtime where we integrate and have our vibrational shift.
We step out of that tomb renewed and rebirthed, a new person! Even
going to sleep at night is our nightly mini-tomb. The body is quiet
and renewing while we work as spirit out of our bodies. Many of these
frequency upgrades occur on the astral plane. Some conscious
meditating is nice in the morning. Give your body a chance to
integrate back with you the spirit!
Sometimes we are ready for the tomb because we have learned a lot
through a tough life experience, or we get emotionally or physically
stuck or sick. But when we learn our lesson and have attained a new
level of understanding, we are ready for the tomb. Again, there is
surrender that has to happen to be in a tomb and evolve. It is the
ultimate mystery, where our conscious desire to be more loving is
manifested through us, and results in a transmutation of our cells to
light that seems very Sci Fi! Talk to your DNA, talk to your cells, it
a a huge part of successful alchemy!
Each time we emerge from our tomb and into the light, we have embodied
a deeper realization that truly, we are all One within a loving
matrix. We become responsible for one thing only, extending love to
all and reflecting the divinity of that which we know we are an
extension. We release the need for judgment, control or the need to
change others. We release all fear. There is no fear because as One
with Source, there is only love, and that is all that needs to be
taught. As we learn this, life is simpler because we need only be a
vehicle for Source to work through us. The effort of trying to change
anyone or make something happen is released. We are instruments of
Peace. Less is more. When we know that God works through us, we
release the illusion and just get out of the way.
Through his experience and teachings on earth, Jesus taught us how our
thoughts attract to us the circumstances and events that attract our
persecutors to us and we nail ourselves to the cross, over and over.
Notice in a day how many cycles of negative thinking or blame you go
through, feeling empowered one moment and then distracted by fear.
There is crucifixion, there is the tomb, and there is resurrection. It
is the tomb of resurrection or rebirth that Jesus wants us to carry
with us from his ordeal. Don’t worship me, he entreats. Make a
pilgrimage to your heart.
No matter what happens, we have the ability to look at the world from
eyes of love. We have to look past the crown of thorns that we put on
our own heads in those moments when all looks dark, when we have been
led into temptation and forgotten that we are all One, that we are all
forgiven. When we are in judgment, fear, anger or hurt, we are
choosing to deny love.
How many times have you bound yourself to a concept or thing, because
you were unaware, not thinking from your spiritual truth and
manipulated? You forget that you are in this world, but not of this
world. When you find yourself feeling nailed down and stuck, it can be
difficult to remember where to look for freedom. We tend to look at
what is stuck, and forget that there is an entire supportive, loving
world out there just waiting for us to say hello to it. We forget this
is a wake-up call and that this is the perfect time to look with
love within this event.
Say hello to your life in this moment. Choose something that is
happening that is difficult for you to feel at peace with. Visualize a
bubble out in front of you. Release energy into it that is keeping you
bound to a lie and won’t allow you to bring more light and love to
this situation. What thoughts about this thing are you willing to
release? Know you are already forgiven! In spirit, there is no sin,
there is no need for forgiveness. It has all been created by the mind.
Let go of what you are holding against yourself in this situation, or
what you are holding against another. Surrender, breathe. There is no
sin. There is no judgment. It is all in the mind! Your resurrection
begins in the mind, because it’s the thoughts that attracted to you
the situation. Take a deep breath. Free yourself of limiting energies
that have kept you thoughtless with yourself, forgotten your worth,
and bound yourself to attitudes, people, places, experiences that do
not reflect your truth!
Breathe and release the awareness and energies that keep you stuck on
the ground, unable to move forward into a new space, into a new
consciousness. Look on yourself and life as Christ would, with
acceptance, love, kindness. Bring any forgiveness to this situation
that you can. I’m sorry, please forgive me. Thank you, I love you.
This is how you overcome the world! Let all this energy go into the
bubble and pop it. Now, take a moment and surrender to the tomb. You
have help right now, to transmute cells, to embody the truth you
believe in. Be the bridge of heaven and earth. Surrender and allow.
Breathe, and give yourself a gold sun.
After his Resurrection, Jesus continued his teachings, and I imagine
that after embodying the realization that he was God, and that he
didn’t have to make everyone change, that an enormous weight was
lifted from his shoulders. You may know this feeling when you have let
go of control or responsibility of a person or a situation and
lightened up! Or how great it feels when we don’t have to be right and
defend ourselves. But imagine letting go of having to be the Messiah!
Ahhhhh! So relaxing!
Validate the thoughts that are supportive and life-giving for you.
All is a miracle. Have the miracle mindedness. Undo your feet! Hop off
the cross! Take off your crown of thorns! Don’t take it all so
seriously!
For our evolution into spirit, our world is designed to pull us back
into the illusion. There is one place to look to for our freedom, and
that is within our self, to our very own heart. Jesus came to the
planet and did it all. The healing, the miracles, the suffering, to
show us how to do it, how to remove our crown of thorns and die
everyday to that which doesn’t serve us any longer!
The last piece of this message is a hello to amusement! There is no
way Jesus did all that light- body building from a vibration of anger
or apathy! When we are allowed to laugh at ourselves, we stop taking
everything so seriously. We let go of the perfect pictures and the
need to always be right. Amusement is a high vibration. Set your space
in amusement even if you are sad or having a bad day, and the issues
that are bothering you will pass through you all the sooner. Laughter
heals and play and creativity increase productivity and new ideas in
all areas of life- the workforce, as parents, with our friends, and it
assists in our healing. Smiles do brighten our day!
Take a deep breath. Don’t let life and other’s considerations trap
you into a role that stifles your true wisdom. Wisdom of divinity and
love needs no audience, no outside approval. It it within you. It is
who and what you are.
Validate your joy and sweetness and your ability to be playfully
childish. Laugh and smile a little bit more often. Remember that this
journey is really only between you and God anyway. Validate your
transmutation time in the tomb, and have this mini resurrection of
today, this moment! You are called to be a perfect creation, and you
will never be less. Congratulations, you are the light of the world!
Breathe, validate yourself. Fill in with a big gold sun! Jesus says:
“Easter is for you and not for me. Therefore, set aside your images
and your practices of me. Make no pilgrimage to me. Make a pilgrimage
to the heart of your Self by looking upon all that you see this day
and seeing its beauty, its harmlessness, and by knowing that you are
looking out through the eyes of the arisen Christ. You are that One
who, with me, has overcome the world.” Amen.
An anointing ceremony, welcome you out of what ever tombs you are
emerging from! Welcome to the light! Be the light! “Christ has no body
now on earth but yours.” Teresa Avila
