error is the last thing we need to heal
before we experience 2000 years of peace. Terror is compressed pain and fear
that bubbles up to our surface, only to be pushed farther down so we don't have
to experience it. To heal it, sit and be present. Talk to your body and
let it know the spirit part of you is present to help you through the emotion.
Breathe and let the feeling move through the body and be released. I was always
afraid that if I let it come up, it wouldn't end and I would be a bottomless pit
of fear. When I stopped fighting the terror and just sat with it, it took
about 10 minutes for it to pass and leave me with a sense of peace. It was
