error is the last thing we need to heal before we experience 2000 years of peace. Terror is compressed pain and fear that bubbles up to our surface, only to be pushed farther down so we don't have to experience it.

To heal it, sit and be present. Talk to your body and let it know the spirit part of you is present to help you through the emotion. Breathe and let the feeling move through the body and be released. I was always afraid that if I let it come up, it wouldn't end and I would be a bottomless pit of fear.  When I stopped fighting the terror and just sat with it, it took about 10 minutes for it to pass and leave me with a sense of peace. It was amazing nd well worth the trade!

I read an article by Deepak Chopra called "How to End War One Person at a Time: Seven Practices for Peacemakers." He suggests each of us can find peace inside, healing our own pain and fear and creating harmony on the whole planet. He suggests:

"Sunday: Being for Peace
Monday: Thinking for Peace
Tuesday: Feeling for Peace
Wednesday: Speaking for Peace
Thursday: Acting for Peace
Friday: Creating for Peace
Saturday: Sharing for Peace

"Our hope is that you will create peace on every level of your life. Each practice takes only a few minutes. You can be as private or outspoken as you wish. But those around you will know that you are for peace, not just through good intentions but by the way you conduct your life on a daily basis.  Sunday: Being for Peace Today, take 5 minutes to meditate for peace.  Sit quietly with your eyes closed. Put your attention on your heart and inwardly repeat these four words: Peace, Harmony, Laughter, Love. Allow these words to radiate from your heart's stillness out into your body.

"As you end your meditation, say to yourself, "Today I will relinquish all resentments and grievances." Bring into your mind anyone against whom you have a grievance and let it go. Send that person your forgiveness."

Another idea I found is from Kuthumi, a spirit channeled through Norma Milenovich. "Detachment is the key to everything. Gratitude restores the DNA to embrace compassion-the necessary ingredient to life everlasting, and one's power to create and transmute everything in one's path.

To detach is to resist nothing.  From this day forward, let all things pass through your essence and let all things be witnessed from the position of the silent observer.  Cast away all judgments and even opinions.  See with the eyes of the Divine, the radiance within each soul. Hold no council on any soul, and spend all your precious energy on the co-creation process.  Let your emotions, Dear Ones, drive your dreams, and stay in the state of love so that your creations become the products of the force that flows through you."

So roll up your sleeves a little further, embrace each day, and let's get on with what we all came to Earth to do. Find the love and shine it brightly so everyone, everywhere, will experience peace. No exceptions.
