t seems now more than ever everyone wants
to know about their spirit guides. We all have them but to understand why, lets
start from the beginning.Before you incarnated into your present body, you as a spirit made a plan for this lifetime. You looked at what you wanted to learn and accomplish and who you wanted to be this lifetime. You gave yourself a basic blueprint to follow with the freedom to change it at anytime. You then decided that you needed help along the way. You called in some familiar spirits to help guide you through different life phases. These guides can be angels, masters, beings of love, guides that help you with traffic lights or all of the above. Whatever their specialty, you chose them to assist you this lifetime.
These guides work with you as a spirit. They help you make choices, keep you safe and comfort you. Since you have the body, you are doing all the work and they are glad to assist. Just as we have all been happy to help our friends or family through something - it makes us feel great.
True guidance can come in many way - a feeling, physical demonstrations, or a voice. True guidance will leave you empowered, not scared or punished. Our guides may offer us observations, suggestions and options. Even if you make a mistake, your guides may say, "Wow! Look at what you learned!" - often with a sense of humor, versus discipline or scolding.
They are happy to assist you in any way as long as you ask. They will not intervene and take charge of something unless you ask them. You can even have a little fun asking them for help with traffic, free dinners, gifts and healings.
A really fun thing you can do is write your guides and angels a letter. Tell them everything that is concerning you or any problems you may be having, and ask them to assist you with resolution, healing, guidance, clarity, money or all of the above. No matter how small or big the issue, they want to help.
The smoother your life is running, the more energy you have to help humanity and the planet.. When the basics are taken care of then you can bring in more of your life purpose, and the big things you want to have in your life. This is one of the many purposes these guides have. They bring more harmony, growth and healing to this planet through working with us.
