sometimes take us off our path. Many times the road bumps become our issue
instead of our goal. We get pulled by fear towards all these details that are
just bumps, yet they feel so intense that we forget they are not our real focus.

Which Frog Are You?, by Hope Hewetson
ur workshop, "You are the Master," was
fantastic. It is a joy to watch people figure out who they really are, and move
out of old limitations that keep them prisoner. By request, someone wanted a
story I read in the workshop in the newsletter for more people to see. Itıs from
the wonderful book "Dialogues with a Mystic" by Andrew Harvey. Harvey tells the
story in reference to the difficulty of teaching spiritual truths to people who
don't believe that truth is possible. He talks of the prison of our mind and how
futile it is to try and understand spirituality with the intellect.

breathing. You donıt have to do anything, just be aware of your breath. Now take
a few moments and allow yourself to relax and let yourself enjoy the act of
breathing, the quality of the air, and the feeling of new air entering your
body. Do you start to feel more relaxed and happy? Do you notice a little less
effort?
