How many times have you felt like you were the only one with issues the size of Texas? You feel like everyone else is doing fine and you are up against the wall! Welcome to the Human Race. One misconception people have is that once they become spiritual they won't have any more problems or challenges. They think that if you are a healer you should be able to heal yourself at all times, perfectly. Isn't that a great concept? Even Jesus had his moments on Earth when he got frustrated and impatient! But having spiritual tools does help you find some space from the obstacles and see them for what they are - just obstacles! Refocusing on your original intent allows you to realign your energies towards your goal instead of having it scattered by all the bumps. Once all the energy is back on the goal, it is easier to create it. The mind locks in on solutions and the right steps it needs to get there. It puts you in charge of the goal versus it running you. Take a deep breath and create a line out in front of you. Make an image of yourself at one end of the line and your goal at the other end. Let the road bumps start to appear between you and your goal. How many are there? Are they serious? Can you be amused at how much energy is between you and your goal? Now ground. (See an energy connection between you, at the base of your spine and the center of the earth. This acts like a lightening rod and releases unwanted energies to the earth.) Visualize the energy changing in the road bumps. Start to see them shrinking down to pebble size, then to grains of sand. Now imagine gold light surrounding you and ask the Creator of All to co-create with you and take all the effort out of your goal and fill it with ease. See if you can have fun working towards your goal instead of resisting it. Amusement helps the energy start to move again. It is hard to make changes when the body's vibration is in seriousness, anger or resistance. The next time you get stuck on one of the road bumps, ask for help, dust off your tools, find some amusement and realign your energies. Obstacles are what you see when you take your eyes off the vision. Put your focus back on your intent and never waver from its sight. Try and remember not to take life so personally. Have a little fun with it and enjoy the new things you get to learn. We are only here in these bodies a short time, so kick back and give yourself more permission to play. It's your life. -Rev.
