O ne of my favorite quotes from the book Conversations with God says, "A true master isn't the one with the most students, it's the one who creates the most masters."

A master is someone who has found a way to access his or her truth within and teaches others how to find their truth as well. There is a difference between telling people how to be versus teaching people how to discover their truth within and becoming what feels best to them.

Masters such as Buddha, Krishna and Jesus, reminded us in their teachings that they were demonstrating who and what we could be. They offered us the knowingness that the secret to enlightenment need not seem hidden - it's found within each of us.

The role of masters has changed through the years, thus they are found in many places and jobs, unlike the days when the vibration of the planet only allowed a few of those souls on the planet at a time - and meeting one or being admitted into a spiritual school was often a daunting task.

We're in a different world now. Rather than a few beings holding space for enlightenment and knowingness, there are hundreds and more on the way.

We're learning that there's no one to wait for - no messiah. We are it. In your daily life, how much permission do you allow yourself to demonstrate and be what you would like to see happening on this planet?

How often do you sit down and say hello to your life and assess how you're doing and be a conscious creator in your life? Doing this with a focus on ourselves can be difficult - it's easier to look elsewhere for answers or blame. Yet it's the simple task of living day-to-day in more awareness that brings groundedness and peace to the world. Simply setting your intent on being a master will put you in touch with people who will serve in that role for you and you for them, all working together, helping each other through life. The desire will put you in contact with what you need to heal and access the power and divinity within you. There are many ways to do this - as many ways as there are individuals on the planet! For me, finding my spiritual freedom came through validating my psychic abilities.

Psychic means having awareness of things that aren't of this physical reality. Can anyone doubt that Jesus wasn't psychic? He looked into people's souls and knew what to say, how to heal and how to give them what they needed.

My most profound moments of peace and knowing are beyond words. Having my psychic awareness is a reflection of pure truth. But my spiritual essence is experienced in my inner journeys as a soul - allowing my awareness of energy to reflect what and who I am. How do you get there?

Notice when you think you're finally there and then dig even deeper. Use your awareness as a spirit in a body to reveal your pain and shine unconditional love on what you want to heal. As you heal, you gain your spirit awareness. Remind yourself that everyone's path is unique to themselves so you don't have to compare yourself to how everyone else is doing it or judge how they do it.

What a relief it can be to know that we are all working towards the same goal and that we need only do it for ourselves. We don't have to do it for everyone else, because they're doing it for themselves, their own way! Be gentle with yourself as you learn to love you and heal you, allowing the process of being a master to be the most important career of all!
