answers. We learned to please the world around us, in order to gain
acceptance. Sounds like it should work, but we know it doesn't. It we can't
find contentment in ourselves, it is useless to seek it elsewhere.

Healing into Neutrality

towards ourselves and the experiences we encounter in life.
Often a person embraces a new level of neutrality and wants a
reading - something doesn't feel right. I often see a big shift in the amount
of outside energy fueling their actions.

Ease Versus Effort

f you look up the word effort in the dictionary it says: to try or attempt.
Look up try and it says: to attempt: endeavor or to make an effort. Look up
attempt and it says: to try to do or get. Not once does it say anything
about actually achieving or attaining. So why do we put so much effort into
the things we try to do?

Psychic Tools and Rediscovery

ot long ago I went to the doctor about a recurring problem I was having with stomach aches. After this test and that scan, the doctor told me my body is responding to stress.
My reaction to this diagnosis made me so angry my face turned purple. "What!" I screamed to myself. "I've been working on my self awareness for six years now. How can this be?"
